FAQ: Question 1.Are you a factory or a trading company? We are a professional factory, providing one-stop service about R&D, production, package, delivery and after-sales service. Our factory is located in Huadu district which is 10minutes away from Guangzhou Airport. Question 2.What's your main product(s)? Our main products are LED stage lighting, LED architecture lighting and LED commercial lighting, such as par light, wall washer, moving head lights, flood lights, effect lights, and wireless & battery lights etc. Question 3.Do your products have CE or ROHS certification. Yes, we can offer when needed. Question 4.Can you export independently? Or you need agents for exporting? We have our own import & export license, and we can do export ourselves. Question 5.Can you supply samples to customers? Yes, we can supply samples to customers, but the product fee and freight should be paid by customers. Question 6.What is your MOQ? How long will be your delivery time? Generally speaking, it is 50 or 100 pieces. Our delivery time depends on the quantity. Normally is 15-40 days. Question 7.What is your payment term? We always do EXW /FOB by T/T, 30% in advance, 70% balance payment before shipment. Question 8.Can you support OEM or ODM service? Yes, we can do it. Question 9.What about the warranty? How can I do if lights are broken? The warranty is 1 year. Please send us the picture or video of problems. We will confirm it and send suitable parts to you.
